Secure Payment Systems Announces Third Party Payment Processing Relationship with EZCheck

Through an exclusive relationship with Woodforest Bank, Secure Payment Systems ("SPS") will provide wholesale ACH processing to EZCheck (www.ezchk.com), a leading national payment processor founded 20 years ago that specializes in providing a full range of check and ACH services to thousands of retail and wholesale clients coast to coast. SPS will provide the back-end processing engine for a variety of EZCheck products including face to face eCheck (POP), image capture and settlement, WEB based ACH payments, telephone-based payments, and small business accounts receivable and payment services.

EZCheck offers both guarantee and verification products branded under the EZCheck banner. Under this arrangement SPS will also provide EZCheck with complete back-end check authorization and settlement services accessing all SPS risk management databases and ACH systems.
